  2. Will I be able to track my order? Yes, you will be provided with a tracking number via United States Postal Office.
  3. What if my product comes damaged? We will ship you a new one and ask that you return the damaged item. You must provide image proof.
  4. Do you offer free refunds? Yes, you just pay shipping costs. You have 7 days after receiving product to request a refund.
  5. Is shipping discreet? Yes, all of our packaged are shipped discreetly in a plain white or brown box or envelope. Only you will know what's inside! Shipping label return address will state "OWL PACK" with no mention of "smoke shop."
